As Director of Operations, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the preparation and coordination of construction documents for all projects.  In this capacity he is responsible for the quality of all construction documents prepared by Behr Browers Architects, Inc.  This includes organization and maintenance of all production standards within the office.  He created and also maintains the offices quality control systems and procedures that are applied to all projects in the office.

As Senior Project Manager Andrew is directly in charge of the offices team of project managers.  These responsibilities include overall manpower management for other project managers, scheduling, budgeting and review of each of the offices projects for detailing and coordination.  His approach to guiding and mentoring the staff leads to an enthusiastic and driven work team.

As a project manager on his own, he is responsible for the management of various individual projects as well.  This includes extensive experience in the assembly of a construction document package, coordination with consultants, and processing of construction documents through various government agencies.

Andrew has managed a full range of projects ranging in scope and complexity.  He is well versed in all types of construction including wood frame, block, concrete and steel frame buildings.  He is also experienced in many building types including retail centers, libraries, multi-story offices, medical facilities, entertainment facilities, educational facilities and religious facilities.  Andrew has also participated in the preparation of Master Plans and programming documents.  These include such institutions as JPL, Amgen, Caltech & Masters College.  In addition, Andrew has extensive experience in the management and detailing of performing arts and multi screen cinema facilities.  He has successfully completed multiple cinema projects totaling well over 150 screens.  He is experienced in acoustics, picture presentation, sound systems including THX and digital format requirements, lighting, concession layout, box office layout, seating layout, crowd control, fire and life safety, HVAC and electrical systems, and specialty systems.  His experience has also been in historical renovations for such projects as Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, Center Stage Theater in Fontana, and the 1926 Grand Theater at Los Angeles Trade Technical College.

Andrew is as an architectural consultant to Christian Church of Thousand Oaks where he also serves as Chairman to the Board of Elders.  He also serves as the architectural consultant and board member for Ninos de Baja, an orphanage located in El Porvenier, Mexico.  Andrew also donates some of his time-off by going on foreign mission trips to construct housing for the underprivileged.
