Dos vientos mixed-use

BBA did the original shopping center at Dos Vientos. The new owner requested that we develop a plan to add residential units to the project. The design had to fit within the existing parking area and avoid a large underground storm drain structure.
The proposed design is visually integrated into the original project while adding new details and new private amenities for the potential new Residents.
