BBA Architecture was responsible for planning and designing 8 food and 3 "grab & go" venues at Ontario International Airport. The design team was charged with designing all the facilities using comprehensive national brand standards for each. BBA Architecture handled, the space planning, selected and specified all the materials, fixtures and furniture, and coordinated layout and equipment specifications with the team’s kitchen consultants. The project was done under an expedited schedule requiring quick preparation of plan submittals, multiple layers of approvals and fast tracking of plans and permits.
