Whole foods shopping center

BBA has developed a renovation program for an existing older market anchored shopping center in Thousand Oaks. The design includes the creation of more outdoor gathering areas for patrons of the center. The site plan not only creates a new 5,000 square-foot patio dining area, but it also was able to provide an additional 35 parking spaces on the property. The redesign of the in-line portion of the project improves the visibility and identity of the tenants.

A new sign program, new landscaping, as well as pedestrian furnishings and fixtures complete the total remake of this 1970’s shopping center.
